If we are a nominee on your account we will have had acknowledgement of your claim, together with details of any additional information required. This means, we will automatically follow up with Centrelink on your behalf after 14 days and report to you the status of your claim. In other words, once the claim has been lodged, you don’t need to worry about it. You can have the peace of mind that we will follow up and ensure your claim is granted within the correct time frame and that it is the correct amount of pension.
